Archives for the month of: October, 2011

I am the VERY proud god-mother to 4 amazing little ones.  3 girls. 1 boy.  Two of the girls, Quinn(4) and Piper(3), are getting ready to share a bedroom for the first time!  This is huge on many levels, and oh so exciting for me as I get to be the Lead Creative Officer for the project. Very official, I know.  I take this job very seriously.  I’ve been searching the internet high and low for inspiration on how to make this little girls rooms creative, safe, fun, cozy, and whimsical all at the same time.  These girls are as similar as they are different, so I want the room to work together visually but also have parts of each of their personalities.  For all of you with little ones out there, you might like some of these ideas and feel free to send me some of yours!

Can you believe it’s almost November?  Where did this year go!!  It’s time for another Artsy Chicks show!  Come buy local art, jewelry, cards, and more to get a head start on your Christmas list!  I’ll be there! Will you?

McKendree UMC is hosing GenerARTsity tomorrow at 10:30!  It will be a wonderfully creative morning revolving around the theme of generosity.  You can see this painting of mine there!

It’s taken a while but it’s finally here!  My new gallery website is up and running and I couldn’t be happier!  I finally have a proper gallery space and blog! I promise to keep investing in both.  It’s my goal to keep you up to date with my creative projects, as well as introduce you to other noteworthy creatives!  Meanwhile, go check out my new website!
